THIS IS TO TRANFER FROM ONE DISPLAY TO A NEW DISPAY MUST KNOW HOW TO READ A PLANOGRAM.
Keep all Speedway, Draft Kings and BetMGM cards and dispose of all other cards, keeping only the 3 listed and the card shipped 
on the new display. Ifstore cannot find card kit or is already stocked, use existing cards. Ifstore has additional Speedway branded 
cards that will fit on display, leave with store.
4. Single Spinner Displays should have delivered already set to planogram and just need to be placed on the sales floor. Stores may 
have already removed the old display and placed the new Single Spinner. - Once new Single Spinner is placed on the sales floor
vendor should remove all old cards and pegs from old display. If the old (Tall) display needs to be removed from store, ISG vendor 
is not tasked with removing old fixture from store. If Single Spinner is not located, remove cards and pegs from existing Tall display 
and discard. Do not set new cards on the Old Tall Spinner fixture. See photo examples at the end of the document.
5. Single Tower Display stores – Will reuse the existing display and backer panels. Set to planogram, using new backer stickers and 
card kit shipped for this visit. If stores cannot find card kit or are already stocked, use existing cards, PER THE NEW 
PLANOGRAM
Select Cards to Audit- The below list of cards must be checked to ensure only the new UPCs remain in stores. These cards were 
notshipped in the new card kit, but in case stores have mixed the new cards with the old cards. Or if new cards are not located. 
Any old cards on the below list must be discarded, even if new card is not located.

7. Set display to planogram attached to visit materials.
8. Report any incorrect or missing backer panels or signs.
9. Ifstores have Checkout display(s), remove all existing cards and fill with Speedway cards only.
10. Dispose of any cards not on planogram. Only cards shown on the new planograms should be left in store.
11. If cards have multiple facings or multiple displays, balance cards between pegs/displays.
12. Collect Low/Out info for any cards that are out of stock or low on stock. Missing peg counts are now added to the Low/Out List
